Preliminary preparatory confessional ceremony for the rainy season retreat was successfully concluded yesterday. The actual retreat for three months begins today at dawn with a special ceremony where in the entire monks undertake the specific Vinaya vows to be observed through out the three months. We dedicate the entire merit that we gain during the season for the wellbeing of the entire mother sentient beings.
